Job summary

Pride Health is hiring an RN - Home Health to support our client in Austintown, OH. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; On-call 2-3x per week and every other weekend with on-call coverage. Local contract with a 36-hour weekly guarantee.

The RN will provide direct patient care in patients' homes, complete timely documentation, and manage a caseload while meeting productivity expectations. Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of RN Home Health experience.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and care coordination.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.

Pride Health is hiring a RN - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Austintown, OH.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; On-call 2-3x per week and every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) with on-call coverage

Location: Austintown, OH

Coverage Areas: Mahoning, Columbiana, and Trumbull Counties, with some coverage in Portage County, including Garrettsville, Windham, Deerfield, Atwater, Nelson, Palmyra, and Paris

Job Type: Local Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Weekly Hour Guarantee: 36 hours/week

Pay Range: $52.00-$54.00/Hour

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
