Pride Health is seeking a Home Health LVN/LPN in Arlington, TX for a contract role. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with on-call coverage as assigned and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing visits, wound VAC, PICC line care and travel between patients in the Arlington service area. Requires 1+ year of nursing experience and strong clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of nursing experience in home health or equivalent setting.
• HCHB, wound care and skilled nursing documentation proficiency.

Pride Health is hiring a Home Health LVN/LPN to support our client's healthcare facility in Arlington, TX.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Location: Arlington, TX

Job Type: Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: $34-$36/hr

Hours: 8 hours/day | 5 days/week

On-Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes | On-call coverage is divided among all LVNs, approximately 5 weekdays and 2 weekend days.

Coverage Area: Arlington service area

Mileage Reimbursement: Yes

Duties:

• Provide skilled LVN visits to patients throughout the Arlington service area.
• Perform skilled nursing services including wound VAC care, PICC line care, PleurX care, wound care, and other home health clinical services.
• Participate in required on-call coverage, including approximately 5 weekdays and 2 weekend days as assigned.
• Travel between patient visits throughout the Arlington service area.

Requirements:

• Years of Experience: 1+
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: HCHB, wound VAC, PICC line, PleurX, wound care, skilled nursing visits, and strong clinical documentation skills.
