Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and input patient data into EMR when referrals come in.
• Verify insurance coverage for home health and determine agency acceptance per policies.
• Field calls and emails from patients and providers.
• Coordinate scheduling of visits, consultations, and services.
• Ensure documentation and orders are signed and saved in EMR.
• Upload orders for labs, X-ray, and therapy; track labs and communicate results.
