Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in office procedures.
• 1+ years of insurance/medical experience.

Responsabilités

• Receive and analyze incoming referral and order calls; communicate patient/referral information to appropriate teams.
• Obtain demographic and clinical information from clients and referral sources to compile referrals.
• Verify new referring physician licenses on referrals in the department.
• Research coverage or pay source for each referral and verify policies.
• Educate prospective patients, families, physicians, and hospitals about home health services available.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical and marketing staff.
