• Answers questions from referring sources about home health services and coordinates referrals.
• Attends management/office meetings and reports weekly marketing tasks.
• Maintains positive relations with office and field staff; supports policy improvements.
• Adheres to infection control, OSHA standards, and state/federal regulations.
