Job summary

Sr Companies seeks an Account Executive to coordinate marketing and community outreach for the agency. You will contact physicians, physician groups, community associations, senior groups, ethnic clubs, and churches to communicate the agency's mission and services.

You will also handle referral intake, mentor branch staff on communication best practices, and support program enrollment across our service areas.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Typing and organizational abilities required.
• Medical background, staffing, and home health care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Able to work independently with good judgment.
• Accurate and detail oriented; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the “Golden Rule” of treating others the way we wish to be treated in all actions and communications.
• Performs work under the supervision of the agency management.
• Answers questions to referring sources and potential clients regarding the home health agency scope of services.
• Follows up each referral to ensure proper coordination of home health care services.
• Completes a referral form accurately with client’s history and provides the home health agency an initial Physician orders.
• Attends appropriate management/office meetings.
• Provides supervisor with a weekly schedule of marketing tasks.
• Maintains a good working relationship with all office/field staff.
