Ethos in Texas is seeking a Home Health Sales Executive to expand census through outside referral development. Local market knowledge and proven sales results are essential.

You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and senior living providers, manage a robust referral pipeline, and collaborate with operations and clinical teams to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales, marketing, business development, liaison or referral development experience.
• Home health sales experience.
• Hospice, senior living, hospital, post-acute or related healthcare sales experience may also be considered.
• Healthcare service sales experience required. Outside referral development experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, senior living providers, case managers, discharge planners and other healthcare referral sources.
• Identify, prospect and cultivate new referral sources throughout the assigned market.
• Maintain and strengthen existing referral relationships through consistent field presence, follow-up and professional communication.
• Execute sales and marketing plans designed to grow census and market share.
• Track referral activity, sales calls, contacts, follow-up and pipeline development through sales software / CRM.
• Communicate effectively with internal operations, clinical and leadership teams.
• Represent the agency at community events, professional networking opportunities and referral source meetings.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the local healthcare market, referral patterns, competitors and growth opportunities.
