Job summary

Ethos in Temple, TX seeks a Senior Home Health Sales Liaison to drive census growth through physician and referral partner relationships. This full-time role requires local market knowledge and a proven healthcare sales track record.

You will identify new referral sources, maintain strong relationships, and collaborate with operations and clinical teams while representing Ethos at community events to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales, marketing, business development or liaison experience.
• Home health sales experience is required.
• Outside referral development experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other healthcare sources.
• Identify, prospect and cultivate new referral sources in the assigned market.
• Maintain and strengthen existing relationships through field presence and professional communication.
• Execute sales plans to grow census and market share.
• Track activity and pipeline in sales CRM.
• Collaborate with operations, clinical and leadership teams.
• Represent Ethos at community events and referral source meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of the local healthcare market and growth opportunities.
