You will execute strategic marketing plans, lead outreach activities, and collaborate with clinical teams to optimize referral-to-admission conversion while supporting organizational growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three years of home health business development experience.
• Ability to build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and community partners.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business development and marketing plans to grow referrals and patient census.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physician practices, and community partners.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and in-service meetings to promote home health services.
• Identify referral opportunities and market trends within the territory.
• Monitor referral activity and contribute to market expansion strategies.
• Support marketing materials and outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve conversion from referral to admission.
