Job summary

Beyond Faith Homecare seeks a results-oriented Business Development professional to drive home health referral growth in the Arlington/Mansfield territory. You will establish and nurture relationships with physicians, facilities, discharge planners, and community agencies, and develop quarterly and annual plans to meet growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in home care sales or a related industry with a proven record of achieving incremental growth in direct sales.

Responsibilities

• Develops business partnerships and responsible for territory growth in Arlington / Mansfield.
• Makes effective sales calls and presentations to referral sources (physicians, facilities, discharge planners).
• Maintains relationships with providers and internal stakeholders and tracks activities in CRM.
