Job summary

Humana's CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to build referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers in the Tacoma area. You will travel within your territory and develop business plans, maintain target lists, and report to a Market Executive of Sales while engaging in commission-based incentives.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science and at least two years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (e.g nursing) or the equivalent plus two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison is preferred.
• Previous experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM is preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's TB screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care service to develop referral source relationships.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and give feedback on important customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
