Choice Health at Home is seeking a Home Health Business Development Liaison in Broken Arrow, OK. The role focuses on expanding referrals, building partnerships with healthcare providers, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

The liaison will work with clinical and administrative teams to identify opportunities, promote our home health services, and drive growth while maintaining compliance and quality care standards.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience.
• CRM software experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish new referral relationships and promote Choices Home Health as the provider of choice.
• Provide counsel on community needs and support program development.
• Collaboratively develop policies for new programs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal marketing laws.
• Coordinate with administrative and supervisory staff to guide programs.
• Partner with Interdisciplinary Group to support safe patient/family care.
