Job summary

Choice Health At Home is seeking a Home Health Business Development Liaison to expand referrals and partnerships across the Altamonte Springs market. You will work with clinical and administrative teams to align services with community needs and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes strategic outreach, relationship building, and achieving monthly admission goals while promoting high-quality home health care across referrals and providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience required.
• CRM Software experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Valid Auto Insurance required.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish new referral relationships and present Choice Home Health as the provider of choice.
• Provide counsel on community needs and program development, including personnel and financial needs.
• Collaborate on policies for new programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Guide programs through administrative and supervisory teams to ensure alignment with goals.
• Partner with the Interdisciplinary Group to support safe patient/family care.
• Establish a public relations program to promote services and foster physician/community relations.
• Meet and strive to exceed admission goals monthly.
