Job summary

Choice Health at Home in Ocala, FL seeks a Home Health Business Development Liaison to expand referrals and partnerships, aligning services with market needs and regulatory requirements. You will work across clinical and administrative teams to promote our care model and drive growth.

The role focuses on building relationships with physicians, community organizations, and referral sources, meeting admission goals monthly and ensuring service excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience.
• CRM software experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid auto insurance.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish new referral relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources.
• Promote Choice's home health services as the provider of choice to clients.
• Counsel the Agency on community needs and program development.
• Develop and maintain policies for new programs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal marketing laws.
• Collaborate with administrative and supervisory staff to meet goals.
• Foster relationships with physicians and community agencies to support growth.
