Job summary

Choice Health At Home in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Home Health Business Development Liaison to expand partnerships with healthcare providers and referral sources. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience.
• CRM software experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid auto insurance.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish new referral relationships, presenting Choices Home Health as the provider of choice.
• Provides counsel to the Agency regarding community needs and program development.
• Collaboratively develops and maintains policies for new programs.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and ensures compliance with local, state and federal marketing laws.
• Assist in directing programs through collaboration with administrative and supervisory staff.
• Partner with the Interdisciplinary Group to support safe patient/family care.
• Establish a public relations program to interpret the agency’s services and foster relations with physicians and community agencies.
• Meet and/or exceed admission goals monthly.
