Job summary

Choice Health At Home in Riverview, FL is seeking a Home Health Business Development Liaison to expand referral networks and grow patient admissions. You will establish relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community organizations to promote our home health services.

The role collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to align programs with market needs, ensures compliance with regulations, and drives growth through proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred.
• CRM software experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid auto insurance.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish new referral relationships to position Choice as the home health provider of choice.
• Advise on community needs and assist program development, including personnel and financial needs.
• Collaboratively develop and maintain policies for new programs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of local, state and federal laws relating to marketing of the agency and ensure compliance.
• Assist in directing programs through collaboration with administrative and supervisory personnel.
• Partner with the Interdisciplinary Group to support safe and effective patient/family care.
• Establish a public relations program to interpret the agency's services and foster good relations with physicians and community agencies.
• Meet and/or exceed admission goals on a monthly basis.
