Kona Medical Consulting and The Home Health Team is seeking a dedicated Home Health Field Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality skilled nursing care in patients' homes across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, confident in clinical decisions, and passionate about helping patients achieve health goals.

Responsibilities include in-home assessments, care plan development, wound care, disease management, and patient education, with collaboration

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• 1+ year of nursing experience; home health preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using EMR/mobile charting.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
• Comfortable using EMR/mobile charting
