Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for the Cranford, NJ Home Health Visits Office. This role focuses on coordinating client services, managing scheduling issues, and growing the caseload while delivering compassionate, quality home health care.

Qualified candidates may have a Bachelor's degree and experience with Medicare, HomeCare Homebase, and OASIS. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; Medicare, HomeCare Homebase and OASIS knowledge a plus.
Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
Prior supervisory experience a plus and a track record of increased responsibility.
Strong computer skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
Coordinate client services and address scheduling issues.
Manage your caseload and proactively grow it.
Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
Monitor metrics such as admissions and referrals, and adjust workflows.
Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise field staff.
