As a Client Services Manager, you will provide superior customer service, coordinate client services, oversee and expand your caseload,

Qualifications

• Experience in medical office or home care is preferred.
• Experience supervising staff preferred.
• A demonstrated record of taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and support high-quality home care services.
• Manage the coordination of client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
• Oversee and grow your Client Services Manager caseload proactively.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with your office team.
• Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring performance metrics.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to support and help supervise field employees.
