Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Medicare, HomeCare Homebase and OASIS knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in medical office or home care preferred.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Demonstrated record of taking on increased responsibility.
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
• Strong computer skills for electronic medical records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Coordinate client services and handle emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage your caseload while proactively growing it.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Monitor metrics and maintain fiscal management of your caseload.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to support field employees.
