Hope Home Health Care is seeking an organized, dependable office professional with home care experience to support operations. You will coordinate ongoing client care, manage caregiver scheduling, and serve as the main contact for clients and families.

In this hands-on role, you will help with compliance, credentialing, data entry, and day-to-day clerical duties, working closely with the Director of Nursing and office team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in home care is required.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and staff.
• Comfort with computers and scheduling software; accurate record-keeping.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate active client care and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor caregiver clock-ins and address late/missed punches.
• Assign caregivers, fill shifts, and keep records up-to-date.
• Serve as daily contact for clients and families, resolving concerns fast.
• Ensure agency compliance with Ohio and federal regulations, including credentialing.
• Track staff and agency renewals; maintain office policies.
• Handle front-office tasks: calls, filing, data entry, supply management.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing and office team to support quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and staff information.
