Job summary

CareSense Home Care seeks an Office Supervisor to oversee daily office operations and support the coordination of quality home care services. You will supervise staff, assist with caregiver staffing, monitor compliance, and ensure client and caregiver needs are addressed promptly.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in home care or office management preferred. On-site position with HIPAA confidentiality and teamwork at its core.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous home care, healthcare, staffing, or office management experience preferred.
• College degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support office staff, including Staffing Coordinators and administrative personnel.
• Oversee daily staffing and scheduling needs and assist with filling open caregiver shifts.
• Monitor caregiver attendance, call-offs and staffing concerns.
• Ensure caregiver clearance and onboarding documentation is complete.
• Monitor EVV/HHAeXchange for clock-ins/outs and scheduling issues.
• Communicate changes in client services and staffing to the team.
