Accendra Health is seeking a field-based role in Illinois to ensure patients receive the required home healthcare equipment and support. The role acts as the primary contact for assigned accounts and coordinates product delivery and service scheduling.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, problem solving, and relationship-building skills, plus a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the territory. The position pays $25–$27/hour with potential for related on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older at hire.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Geographically located within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for a specific account(s).
• Responds to customer needs and complaints promptly.
• Consults with clients on products and equipment.
• Coordinates patient services with physicians and medical groups.
• Sets up and delivers home healthcare products and services.
• Handles documentation, scheduling, and billing coordination.
