Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a patient-focused teammate to maintain relationships with current accounts and ensure patients have the required home healthcare equipment. You will act as a single point of contact for assigned accounts and coordinate with physicians and care teams.

The role involves processing orders, scheduling deliveries, following up on authorizations, and guiding patients through device use, with strong emphasis on service quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum of three years driving history.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Geographically located within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Acts as single point of contact for accounts.
• Responds to customer needs, concerns and complaints promptly.
• Consults with clients and referral sources on products and equipment.
• Coordinates patient services with physicians and medical groups.
• Delivers home healthcare products and services.
• Performs follow-up on authorizations and CMNs and prescriptions.
