Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a field-facing coordinator to maintain relationships with current accounts and patients, ensuring patients have the necessary equipment for home healthcare. You will serve as a primary contact for assigned accounts and respond promptly to needs and concerns.

Responsibilities include coordinating services with physicians, handling documentation for orders and billing, and assisting in authorizations while traveling as needed to support branches and providers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with home healthcare equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with current accounts/patients and ensures they have required equipment for home healthcare needs.
• Acts as a single point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints in a timely manner.
• Coordinates patient services with physicians and medical groups.
• Obtains documentation for orders, scheduling, and billing, and follows up on authorizations.
• Travels as needed and supports on-site activities with healthcare providers.
