Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Learn and comply with all POV requirements applicable for the safe and compliant use of POVs.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to remain qualified for the essential job functions.
• Geographically located within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Respond to customer needs, concerns and complaints promptly.
• Consult with clients on product and equipment needs.
• Coordinate documentation for orders, scheduling and billing.
• Follow up on authorizations and CMNs to ensure reimbursement.
• Assist in educating patients on device usage and safety.
• Support coordination with physicians and medical groups to improve patient care.
