Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a field-based coordinator to maintain relationships with current accounts and ensure patients receive necessary home healthcare equipment. You’ll act as the primary contact, respond to inquiries, coordinate orders, and support billing and scheduling.

Expect travel within the territory and on-call support as needed. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and customer service, with an hourly range of $22–$25 and compensation reflective of experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for one or more accounts.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate product orders, scheduling and billing.
• Set up and deliver home healthcare equipment as needed.
• Travel within territory to support accounts and patients.
