Elite Care Management, Inc. in Venice, Florida is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) for part-time morning shifts. You will work with one patient per shift, supporting daily living activities, monitoring health, and promoting comfort and well-being.

Benefits include medical/dental, 401K, PTO, and paid training. CPR and Florida state CNA/HHA certification are required, with 75-hour HHA training and severe weather policy on schedules.

Formación

• FL State Certification – CNA or HHA with 75 hour HHA training program
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)
• Paid Training and orientation

Responsabilidades

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Light housekeeping duties including changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, and meals
• Enhance quality of life through conversation and activities to keep patients mentally stimulated
• Monitor pulse, temperature, and respiration

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration
• FL State Certification – CNA or HHA with 75 hour HHA training program
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
