Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our care team in Venice, Florida. You will work one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities and monitoring health needs to improve quality of life.

Shifts are 6 hours per week in the morning with no weekend work. We offer paid training, weekly pay with direct deposit, and a full benefits package for full-time staff, including medical, dental, 401K and PTO, plus AFLAC options.

Formación

• FL State Certification – CNA or HHA with 75 hour HHA training
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
• TB Test (2-step or QuantiFERON)

Responsabilidades

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light housekeeping: change linens, laundry, cleaning, meals.
• Engage with patients to enhance quality of life and mental alertness.
• Monitor pulse, temperature, and respiration.
• Paid training and orientation; weekly pay with direct deposit.
• Provide full benefits package for full-time work; AFLAC options.

Pay: $22/hour

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. We have been a leading provider over 25 years in the private duty health care industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes within our community.

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration
• FL State Certification – CNA or HHA with 75 hour HHA training program
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)
