Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home healthcare team in Naples, FL. You will care for one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities and promoting comfort and wellbeing.

Qualifications include FL CNA or HHA certification (75 hours) and current CPR. TB testing requirements apply and benefits for full-time staff are offered. Shift runs Monday through Saturday, 12:00pm–3:00pm, with $22/hour pay.

Qualifications

• Must have FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• TB Test (2-step within last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years) must be current.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and eating.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor.

Education

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.

• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.

• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.

• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program
• Current CPR Certification
