Elite Care Management, Inc. in Venice, Florida, is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs for part-time, morning shifts (6 hours per week). You will care for one patient, support daily living activities, and monitor health indicators to enhance quality of life.

Paid training is provided. Benefits listed include medical, dental, 401K, PTO, and AFLAC supplemental coverage. Weekly pay via direct deposit is available, with on-site work only.

Formación

• FL State Certification – CNA or HHA with 75 hour HHA training program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Social Security Card.
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card.
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhance quality of life and build relationships with patients through conversation and activities.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.
