Job summary

Modivcare in New Jersey is hiring Certified Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care. Immediate opportunities in New Brunswick, Edison and surrounding areas with flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts.

Earn $16 per hour plus extra cash through our Caregiver Rewards Program. Benefits include paid orientation, weekly pay, referral bonuses up to $375, holiday pay, PTO, health/dental/vision, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license.
• English proficiency or bilingual English preferred.
• Drivers preferred.
• Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as needed (bathing, dressing, meals).
• Support daily care tasks and maintain a clean, safe living space.
• Give medication reminders and promote healthy routines.
• Be a friendly, dependable presence for clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care — like dressing, bathing, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escape safety issues as needed
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
