Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care in the Trenton, Ewing, and Lawrence area. Earn $16/hr plus extra cash through our Caregiver Rewards Program and enjoy paid orientation, flexible scheduling, and referral bonuses.

You will support clients who require personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and daily living activities, while upholding dignity, safety, and respect in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid NJ Board of Nursing CHHA license.
• Availability in Ewing and surrounding areas.
• Comfortable providing care for bedbound clients including personal care and daily needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility as needed.
• Provide personal care and support and maintain safety in living spaces.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients and families.

Job Requirements:

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
