Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to deliver compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes across Passaic and surrounding areas.

Earn up to $17/hr plus extra rewards through our Caregiver Rewards Program. We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible schedules, and benefits. Join a team that values you.

This role requires a valid NJ CHHA license, reliable transportation, and excellent English (bilingual preferred).

• Must hold valid NJ CHHA certificate.
• Willing to work in Passaic and surrounding areas.
• Proficient English; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities including dressing, bathing, meals; bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting.
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Be comfortable working in diverse client homes and respectful of various personalities and behaviors.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
