Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes in Edison, NJ. The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and trustworthiness, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and rewards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility tasks.
• Support daily living tasks and maintain patient safety.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and encourage healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients.

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, and meals

• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
