Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home healthcare team in Naples. You will work with one patient per shift, providing comprehensive care and building a trusting relationship with the patient and family.

The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vitals, light housekeeping, and coordinating with the supervisor. The position requires Florida CNA or HHA certification, CPR, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ability to document patient care and observations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems and report to supervisor.
• Support mobility: help with transfers and positioning.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, eating.
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, meal prep.
• Engage patients to enhance quality of life and mental alertness.
• Monitor pulse, temperature, and respiration.

Responsibilities

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! We have been a leading provider over 25 years in the private duty/home health care industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes within our community.

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.

• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.

• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.

• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

Requirements

• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program

• Current CPR Certification

• Social Security Card

• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card

• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)
