Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced administrator to lead local operations, ensuring compassionate, compliant care for the community it serves. The role focuses on driving performance, managing teams, and upholding Enhabit’s standards across daily operations.

Qualified candidates hold a health care administration degree or equivalent licensure such as physician, RN, SW, or therapist, and have at least two years of supervisory experience. CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Licensed professional (physician, RN, social worker, therapist, or nursing home administrator).
• Two years minimum management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local home care regulations.
• Basic mobility tech skills and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local chief executive agent and lead providers to deliver community care.
• Ensure daily execution of operations, services, and office management.
• Oversee personnel performance and overall organizational effectiveness.
