Elara Caring is seeking an Account Executive to drive admissions and growth in a North Wayne County, Michigan territory. This outside sales role focuses on promoting clinical programs and outcomes to healthcare professionals and families, expanding patient census in the community.

The position offers incentive-based compensation and opportunities for training and advancement within Elara Caring’s home care network.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred.
• Precedent in post-acute or DME sales is a plus.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proven sales acumen with track record of results.
• Understanding of referral sources and decision makers.

Responsabilidades

• Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.
• Sell, grow, and market clinical programs and outcomes to be a top provider of care.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to connect Elara Caring’s in-home care to eligible patients and families.
