Concierge Home Care is seeking a Home Health Account Executive in Citrus County, FL to drive census growth and manage a defined territory. The ideal candidate brings an existing book of business, healthcare sales experience, and strong relationship-building skills to expand home health referrals within the Citrus County community.

Qualifications

• Active book of business within the territory is required.
• Healthcare sales experience in home health, SNF, DME, hospice, or clinical liaison is preferred.
• Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to travel within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
• Ongoing mentorship and leadership support are provided.
• Free CEUs and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships within senior living communities.
• Drive census growth by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Identify resident care needs and coordinate appropriate services.
• Act as a resident advocate to ensure smooth transitions to home care.
• Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide education to residents, caregivers, and community partners.
• Maintain consistent communication with executive leadership and referral sources.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000+ (based on experience & book of business)

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
• Ongoing mentorship and leadership support
