Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Orlando, FL is seeking a driven Home Health Account Executive to grow census and manage referrals within West Orange and Osceola Counties. You’ll build relationships with physicians, facilities, and community partners while leveraging an existing book of business.

Qualifications

• Active book of healthcare business within the territory (REQUIRED).
• Healthcare sales experience in home health, SNF, DME, hospice, or clinical liaison preferred.
• Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Travel within the territory and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships within the territory.
• Drive census growth by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Identify resident care needs and coordinate appropriate services.
• Act as a resident advocate to ensure smooth transitions to home care.
• Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide education to residents, caregivers, and community partners.
• Maintain consistent communication with executive leadership and referral sources.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000+ (based on experience & book of business)

• Local travel required within the assigned territory
