The position emphasizes building relationships with senior living communities, driving census growth, and coordinating services to ensure smooth transitions to home care. Local travel within the Okaloosa County territory is required.

Qualifications

• Active book of business in the territory (Okaloosa County)
• Healthcare sales experience in home health, SNF, DME, hospice, or clinical liaison preferred
• Clinical background preferred (RN, LPN, MSW, etc.)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel within the territory
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships within senior living communities
• Drive census growth by meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Identify resident care needs and coordinate appropriate services
• Act as a resident advocate to ensure smooth transitions to home care
• Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide education to residents, caregivers, and community partners
• Maintain consistent communication with executive leadership and referral sources

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000+ (based on experience & book of business)
• Robust bonus structure tied to performance and episodic growth

Territory
