Job summary

Concierge Home Care – Ft. Myers, FL 33966 is hiring a Home Health Account Executive to lead sales efforts in the Ft. Myers territory. You will build referrals and drive census growth within senior living communities, while coordinating with clinical teams for smooth transitions to home care.

The role offers autonomy, a flexible schedule, a strong onboarding process, and a robust compensation package including base salary and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active book of business within the territory (REQUIRED).
• Healthcare sales experience in home health, SNF, DME, hospice, or clinical liaison is a plus.
• Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within the territory.

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Account Executive. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with an existing book of business who thrives on building relationships and driving census growth.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000+ (based on experience & book of business)
• Robust bonus structure tied to performance and episodic growth
• High earning potential for top performers

Territory

• Ft. Myers, FL 33966 / Lee County
• Local travel required within the assigned territory

• Ability to travel within the territory
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
• Ongoing mentorship and leadership support
