Concierge Home Care is actively seeking Home Health Account Executives to lead growth in Escambia County, FL. This full-time, territory-based role rewards results with a base range of $75,000–$90,000 plus a robust bonus structure and mileage reimbursement policies.

Ideal candidates bring an existing book of business, healthcare sales experience, and a proven ability to build referral networks. You’ll coordinate with clinical teams and physicians while enjoying autonomy and strong leadership

Qualifications

• Active book of business within the territory required.
• Healthcare sales experience in home health, SNF, DME, hospice, or clinical liaison preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships.
• Drive census growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Identify resident care needs and coordinate appropriate services.
• Act as an advocate to ensure smooth transitions to home care.
• Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with executive leadership and referral sources.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000+(based on experience & book of business)
• Robust bonus structuretied to performance and episodic growth

• Ability to travel within the territory
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
• Ongoing mentorship and leadership support
