Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks a Child Support Enforcement Specialist to support the Child Support Enforcement Program from a home-based role in Pennsylvania. You will review cases, coordinate with partner agencies, and help ensure program accuracy and compliance while traveling to Lancaster, Lebanon, and York counties as needed.

Responsibilities include analyzing data, auditing cases, guiding staff, resolving disputes, and communicating decisions to clients and agencies.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in a domestic relations office including interpretation, application and explanation of policies and regulations and analysis of information.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Must be within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.

Responsibilities

• Review case information, analyze data, and assess program effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Domestic Relations Sections, County Assistance Offices, and partner agencies to resolve issues.
• Perform audits, evaluate payment situations, and prepare reports.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on systems and program requirements.
• Explain program rules, assist with disputes, and communicate decisions to partners and clients.
• Investigate complaints, gather information, document findings, and recommend solutions.
