Qualifications

Four years of experience in a domestic relations office which included interpretation, application and explanation of policies and regulations and analysis of information.
Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
You must live in or be willing to relocate to Lancaster, Lebanon, or York county by start of employment.

Responsibilities

Report preparation: prepare reports, recommend inter-agency contacts, and complete administrative duties involving recommendations of good cause, client noncooperation, or arrears issues.
Staff training: provide training on eCIS and AOP, and explain new initiatives.
System monitoring: monitor automated systems to ensure data integrity and support FXR dispositions and EOURA decisions.
Case analysis: perform case audits, compute refunds, and investigate client inquiries.
Agency representation: represent the department in hearings and prepare materials for hearings.
