Job summary

Tiffee Companies seeks a Finance Manager to help customers secure the right financing for home improvement projects. You will work with our Sales Department and lending partners to guide customers from initial application to project completion.

The role is performed mainly over the phone and email, with no cold calling. We value relationship-building, problem solving, and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused communication throughout the financing process—from application to approval.
• Skilled at preparing accurate, compliant loan documentation and managing risk through diligent information gathering.
• Ability to guide customers through the loan process while adhering to all applicable policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Application Processing: Complete and sign finance documents and loan applications.
• Lender Partnership: Proactively find approval solutions with lenders.
• Documentation Review: Collate, analyze, and evaluate loan documents.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Work with Accounting and backend partners to secure financing through project completion.
• Reporting: Calculate finance approval statistics and provide reporting.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers and banking partners.
