Qualifications

• 2-3 years in consumer lending, loan processing, or related customer-facing financial role
• Familiarity with consumer credit, loan products, and underwriting basics
• Committed to exceptional, service-oriented communication throughout the financing process

Responsibilities

• Application Processing: Work with customers to complete and sign finance documents and loan applications
• Lender Partnership: Partner with lenders to proactively find approval solutions for customers
• Documentation Review: Collate, analyze, and evaluate documentation in support of loan applications
• Cross-Team Coordination: Work with Accounting and backend partners to secure financing through project completion
• Reporting: Calculate finance approval statistics and provide reporting
• Relationship Management: Correspond with customers and banking partners to resolve questions and maintain strong relationships
