Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years relevant work experience, or 11 years combined education/work
• Prior credit underwriting experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Manage existing MTEFC business relationships with senior management to satisfy financing needs.
• Solicit current customers to originate new financing opportunities, including through bid letters and public project awards.
• Expand relationships and margins using superior service and industry knowledge.
• Assess customer financials and collateral to provide appropriate financing solutions.
• Provide industry intelligence to help senior management resolve delinquencies and risks.
• Assist management with sales training through meetings, calls, and tradeshows.
• Collaborate with teams to drive efficiency and competitive advantage using public data sources.
• Represent the organization and contribute to new business opportunities in the market.
