Job summary

Croell, Inc. is seeking a Ready Mix Regional Manager to oversee 6–9 ready-mix plants across the region from Garden City, KS. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining strong contractor and customer relations on large projects.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000–$120,000 annually, with overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your team and family, including a $2,000 sign-on incentive.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of management experience.
• CDL Class A or B with current DOT medical card.
• ACI Level 1 certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of 6–9 ready-mix plants in the region.
• Coordinate scheduling, crews, deliveries, and driver assignments for large projects.
• Lead safety and DOT/OSHA compliance and communicate initiatives weekly.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment repairs are completed.
• Maintain quality control and inventory reporting across locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support profitable projects.
