Job summary

Croell, Inc. is seeking a Ready Mix Regional Manager in Guymon, OK to oversee 6–9 plants and drive safe, efficient operations. You will coordinate crews, scheduling, and material deliveries, while maintaining customer relations and project profitability."

Responsibilities include safety leadership, maintenance oversight, inventory reporting, and staff development. CDL and ACI Level 1 preferred; ensure compliance and quality across locations. Competitive salary with overtime.

Qualifications

• Consent to pre-employment work screen
• CDL Class A or B is required
• Current DOT medical card is required
• ACI Level 1 certification is required
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
• Dependability and reliability in scheduled shifts (on-time)
• Positive attitude to foster productive relationships with team and management

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of 6–9 Ready Mix plants within region
• Coordinate scheduling, crews, and material deliveries for large projects
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure DOT/OSHA compliance
• Oversee maintenance and repairs with documented PM programs
• Ensure quality control systems are in place and enforced
• Maintain inventory and reports for locations
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve delivery issues
• Support profitability through labor and production management
• Train and coach team members and handle staffing actions
• Complete payroll, invoicing, and timekeeping tasks
